MAIN ACTIVITIES : 
Directly responsible for the successful operations of their production area 
Development of the salaried team members 
Direct the activities for continuous improvement in the following areas quality, safety, delivery, costs, scrap, training, efficiency 
Develop an atmosphere that is conductive to team participation where all team members feel free to voice their concerns without fear 
Maintain a professional rapport with all management team members and to provide support for other departments

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES): 
Excellent organizational and communication skills 
Through knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in multiple management
Working knowledge of large ton injection molding presses 2000-4000 tons. 
Ability to handle multiple projects 
Ability to form a functional team, provide clear instructions, and insure the successful completion of task delegated
