1st and 2nd shift Production Managers needed for large international manufacturer. This company is a leading provider of climate control solutions for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets in over 100 countries. 
This particular facility is in its 6th year and is experiencing growth. Monitor, train, and supervise production staff of 30 to 40 persons in this 300person facility.

Excellent Benefits
Minimum 3 to 5 years Production Supervisor experience (preferably in an assembly operation) 
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing 
Prefer a bachelors degree but will look at equivalent experience. Good microsoft computer skills required.
Good basic communication skills for reporting purposes
Military background is considered a plus
